Since I bought my truck in June, I've been receiving promotional communications repeatedly for a free oil change at my first service visit to the dealer. I got my oil changed and my tires rotated at my first visit there, and the dealership tried to charge me $104. I asked about the promotion for a free oil change, and they first said that they've never seen that. Then, they said that it shouldn't apply to me, but that they'd honor it anyway. Overall, it was a negative experience.

I always have a great experience, but this time around the staff went even more above and beyond. I had no clue how to redeem my GM points and we were able to problem solve and find TWO accounts. I was able to cover almost my entire service bill with these credits and I wouldn't have been able to make it happen if I didn't get her help. Everyone is always extremely helpful and friendly.

Merit Chev. helped me out tremendously. I dropped my car off the day before my car was scheduled for an appointment. The service person checked the codes because I had a problem with the car stalling. He said it looked like the battery was the issue. This battery was less than Two years old. The dealership was able to check out the system right away. The battery was the problem, and I was able to be on my way.
