I was scheduled for an 8am appointment to do a safety recall. When I got to Merit, I was told that they only had one person who worked on Chevrolet Bolt's, and he had another car he was working on. It took 4 hours to do something that could have been done in 1 to 2 hours. Why did they schedule my work at the same time they had another Bolt and only 1 person to work on it? I was very disappointed with Merit and very disappointed with GM for installing software instead of replacing my battery. Overall, a very bad experience. I drive about 5000 miles a year, and now will be driving over a year before my battery is at full range. Not good.

Annual check of 2020 Bolt + rotate the tires. It took 1 hour, that included updating the software in the car. This is reasonable.
